start a legal investigation. It was apparent to many of us that a mistake had been made because it seemed everyone was receiving Lot 1 passes. VTTO told me twice that they determined everything was fine last week. It wasn't fine, and I wonder if they even took the time to check into it last week. All I'm pointing out is they should have caught their printing mistake early last week.
