HR all certified/degreed up but not a lick of sense

Likely breach of managements fiduciary duties to shareholders/investors. As you say though, you have to pick your battles. How much would walking really affect your retirment if you are close to it? Everyone is hiring and you could negotiate comparable benefits, the market is that tight.
