Smoked meats are always good.

I just upped the amount that I smoked - 4 chickens, 3 pork butts, 1 brisket. All the leftovers go into the freezer.

But really it was all about the stew. We had it at Southern Soul BBQ on our trip to GA this summer. It was only one small side, but was the best thing we had on that trip.
