People with those skills don't remain HS coaches, unless they want to, the likely 10%. There are people that choose less stress (and less $$) for what they know to be a better life for them versus entering the college coaching rat race.

In fact it is some of those skills CJF needs to work on, not as much the X and O's, though that could use some work thru the OC too.
