His results suck over the past 4 years. I don't think anyone here doesn't appreciate the effort Braxton gives, the problem is effort doesn't equal success.

I could try my hardest to be a coach too, give my blood sweat and tears, and you know what? I'd still get fired because I wouldn't do the thing I was hired to do, which is win games.
