That kid has been through it

5 years in the USMC and got everything known to man....crud, pneumonia, you name it. Had terrible reactions to both vax shots and was laid low by the flu shot as well. Imagine getting up with a 101 fever and chills/aches and hiking into the swamp for a 5 day field exercise where you are a squad leader that is being evaluated. Otherwise a big, strong rawboned kid know for his physicality. But viruses........
