I have bought rapid PCR tests from Veritas Genetics that have worked well

for international travel. Gives results within 15 minutes and the doctor will email findings immediately. Plus you can do the test from any hotel room with just an internet connection and your phone. Need to have the tests delivered to you by mail ahead of time. Also need to schedule the appointment.

I have also seen booths at international airports (Mexico City) where you can get rapid tests before you check in with the airline.
