History shows our donations went way up when we were top 5-10 in football.

Our University location needs a reason to get people to drive an average of 4 hours to make a visit from our three biggest alumni bases (Northern Virginia, Richmond and Hampton Roads). That’s a football game on a weekend.

We are not Cal or UVA in location and I hope we don’t put our head in the Sands acting like we are close to our alumni population and can use other sports to get our alumni back and donate.

We need the Football TV money to compete with the SEC and B1G.
