Wake and the 13 Little People is worse because Wake is a private

school with an extremely minute fanbase relatively speaking. From the ACC's perspective, having only 1 elite football team and/or that 1 elite slot rotating among its members should be a concern. Then again, I am assuming that the ACC is "concern" about not being the "weakest link" among the power conferences.
