I did an A5 brisket flat that was pretty incredible


It is richer than most for sure but a lot of the fat renders out. The fat in A5 melts at room temperature. Great flavor.
A good compromise is American Wagyu that is well marbled but nothing like that. Snake River Farms is one of my favorites and the price is much less.
