If the side & back windows are tinted to the darkest legal limit it can


Make it more difficult to see in the front window. Also, I’m not sure if or how often cops will pull someone for tinted windows. I’m guessing those tickets get written as incidental infractions when you’re pulled for something else. The out of state tag could help the driver escape a ticket, too, if the VA cop isn’t familiar with that states tinting law.
