I just passed a Tacoma here in Blacksburg with tint so dark I couldn’t


Even see a shadow of a person through the window. I pulled in front a little to look through the front window, hoping to get a better look at the side window tint, but that front window was equally as dark. I couldn’t see a single feature inside the cab. West Virginia tags. How is that even legal? I’d hate to be a police officer walking up to a car like that.
