I think the Alliance was #1 an agreement to not poach each other


That was the critical first step during the chaos that the SEC caused. We came up with dozens of scenarios here where there could end up a P4, or P3 or P2 with various combinations of expansion and poaching. So step one was to get PAC, B10, and ACC to the table to agree to leave each other alone.

Step two is going to be how to influence the future of the CFP.

Step three is more of a nice to have, and that is the scheduling talk and looking at new ways of working together in the future.
