Exactly, They dont care as long as they are a national power in something

all good for VT soccer program before entering ACC play in the nation's top soccer conference

At one time... VT was going that way, and it was readjusted.....

The foreign market is very suspect able, players of other countries are not subject to NCAA eligibility rules due to being in another country...... and there is no enforcement..

lots of grey areas.....
