What makes you think they didn't talk about money?


They said they talked about money ("everyone is focused on finances") and that they expect financial opportunities associated with the enhanced interconference scheduling.

Did anyone think they would talk about the details of financing publicly while they are all currently under contract with different media partners?

It doesn't take much imagination to figure out how to put together matchups that would compete with the SEC Saturday afternoon game or ESPN prime time game.

The B1G network folks also expect them to take the CFP to the market place at the end of the contract, so we know where Fox stands on the issue.
