Some points: I'd have to listen again, but one of them specifically

referenced the issue with who gets in the expanded playoff. They all support expansion (as they should), but the odds they'll support the proposal as written is probably near zero. They all but said to the SEC; "Oh, so THAT'S what you were planning!".

What they also indirectly said was that massive "super conferences" are dead. When they say "stability", that means no super conferences.

Re: $$$ When someone says it's not about the money, it's usually about the money. To me, Phillips spoke a little too long and was a bit over the top on the altruism. And no one trashed ESPN, but I'd bet my house ESPN and Phillips talk pronto. The ACC is stuck and ESPN needs a foothold within the Alliance.

Re: Contracts: they can't really have a contract at this point without legal reviews by all 41 schools, votes, etc. Some sort of Statement of Intent might have been nice but then we'd all be talking about how it is non-binding. And they have the NCAA constitution/bylaws being updated, so there will be paperwork. At some point maybe they may work their interconference challenges or showcases into their media contracts; or not.
