Not really, ultimate decision makers are School Presidents not ADs.

PAC, B10, ACC presidents are not liking the direction of college football and the SEC, that is why they are forming an Alliance. Partly about money, but mostly about money distracting from the fact that college sports are part of an "academic" institution.
