Like the idea in theory BUT...


If you're consistently one of the weaker programs why would you vote for this format unless it paid everyone in the league an enormous amount of money? I think ESPN might pay more in this setup but not enough to make it worthwhile for the whole conference.

A relegation / promotion system would be great for the whole of FBS, I just don't think you'd ever get the votes for it.
