I think they concluded it was a UT board member (or someone else in the UT admin) that leaked it to Texas A&M media members during Jimbo Fisher's SEC media days press conference. I don't know how accurate that is, or any other version of the leak is, for that matter.

They also concluded A&M was not excluded from any of the discussions.
