Very valid points.....


I expect Commissioner Phillips has a similar understanding of the landscape and the advantages to various alliances. The ACC would be foolish to believe they are an equal participant with the Rose Bowl Alliance and everybody knows the SEC, especially with Texas and OU potentially coming, is always looking out for itself. The ACC just has to figure out which alliance has the most potential upside versus the obvious downsides. The realistic goal is not the table but, a chair at the table.
