Add ND and WV to this conference

And it would be sick rivalries, a true Atlantic Coast Conference with tons of tradition and historic programs. Basketball would still be tops without really hurting Football. Surely this could compete long term and this is actually obtainable and within reach. I just dont know if Duke and Wake would be willing to drop down in football.
