but you don't want to hurt the team's success - unless the seriousness of the rule broken demands it - sometimes you want to "hurt" (really just piss off not physically hurt) ALL the individuals on the team for the minor mistakes of a select few, so the rest get mad at the few rule breakers, self police, and then become a better team and no one makes those minor mistakes to avoid the wrath of the team.

A few extra wind sprints never hurt anyone, but getting ridiculous, going on a power trip and endangering lives to point kids are throwing up - nah.
