I posted this in the lounge but am hoping for more ideas...
I am just trying to get my head on straight about this. If a small handful of HS kids are late to football practice and the whole team is punished, I understand what the coach is trying to do. It makes the late players more accountable to their teammates.
But what if the punishment leads to several players throwing up in the August heat?

Anyone have a better way to use punishment or another consequence but to still keep things safe? Thanks.
