I have the Bosch Terminal box, if you want it. My contractor decided to

just drill a hole in the cabinet to get an appliance plug through to a receptacle under my sink.

The box has terminals and a Bosch cable with connector to plug into the dishwasher. It's been collecting dust since about a year ago. You don't need it to install, although the manual "requires" a Bosch cord (ie no generic appliance cords). Part number:
1 BOSCH SMZPCJB1UC DW ACCESS $21

IIRC you are in the VB area as well. Leave an email address if you are interested - it's free/no cost. I was going to just give it back to the store so it wouldn't just end up in the trash.
