Had that done in a BMW. It was under warranty but


was an absolute disaster. Numerous things didn’t work correctly after the repair including the start/stop button which I learned when I couldn’t stop the car after leaving the dealership. They also didn’t get the ductwork connected back correctly and there was a ridiculous whistle that was coming from the area at certain speeds. Since they drill out a few screws, the dash never fit tight. It took about four return trips to the dealership and they never fixed it to my satisfaction.
