The SEC adding OU-UT makes the ACC adding ND look small time.


Not that ND wouldn't be awesome to get. But considering the gap between the two conferences that already existed, the net gap will be larger even if we landed ND.

I think we all would love at least the appearance of competitiveness (balance of power) between the major conferences. Well, the SEC just nuked that, big league.

Gotta think differently now. Any 4x16 scheme for a future playoff is out. Anything other than a major merger of existing conferences, or something weird like A&M going the the B1G isn't going to change this.
