ND not coming in as an equal partner is going to create


a lot of festering issues over time. It may work short term to entice them to join, but then you'll have some schools that simply won't be happy with it. So then it just becomes a band-aid so to speak before some inevitable implosion.

I think maybe some concession related to external or third-party stuff may help, but otherwise the all things need to be equal, especially revenue sharing if this is really going to work.

I'd like to see something happen with ND, but I feel this is going to go in a far different direction.
