If the ACC got ND and USC, I wouldn't even care who the others were.


I think you would need enough schools to give USC some good travel partners. Obviously UCLA. And a host of others. I would take as many as possible as long as the TV money worked out.

If they would take Colorado, that would put the ACC in all four time zones.

What is sad to me about all this is the breakup of rivalries. ASU-UA, UO-OSU, UW-WSU. Not because you always have to be in the same conference (Clemson-South Carolina), but if WSU OSU and ASU end up being in the Mountain West or something, it won't seem the same.

And if we end up USC and ND, I wouldn't even care about the Penn State pipedream.
