Easier path to playoffs


Right now they are in the same division as Ohio St and Michigan, that's a pretty tough road to the B1G championship game. Move to the ACC and the Coastal division, then they are pretty much penciled in against Clemson in the championship game every season.

Plus, they become the historical football power of the ACC, and it could sweeten the pot for ND to join in, especially if the conferences decide to say no thanks to the expanded playoffs that would feature 6 SEC teams.
