I don't remember Duke/UNC voting against VT


They voted against expansion. Once expansion was certain, I think they voted for VT. Swofford made them vote for VT before Miami.

Swofford screwed that up making it so public. It was to VT's benefit that he did. The consultants and Shalalah wanted BC and Syracuse. We've ended up with them anyway, and VT is here too.

Interesting tidbit. Maryland voted against Florida State.
