Would require written terms that their scoreboard announce exactly when the golf balls, D batteries & also urine bags will be thrown. The scoreboard would have to give at least 15 minutes notice. Then loud fog horns would be required at the 10 & 5 minute marks prior to launch. There should also be a study conducted as to safest places to sit with specific direction as to which projectiles would be most prevalent in said sections. Also, hard hats and raincoats available fo free (along with a free and hot bag of waffle fries...WITH ketchup or cat soup or catSUP. With cups larger than some small never last for more than 3-4 fries. Also, for an extra entry fee, you would’ve allowed to park and walk through only VT clad crowds (in our case) and when wvu playing other teams at home, still same rules.
