Question is, how much of a say does Fox have too?

Fox spent some major money on college athletics in recent years.
Ultimately, I think the major players, the four remaining commisioners (B1G, Pac12, SEC, ACC) along with TV execs, get together and iron this thing out. They've got to collaborate in order to figure out how to leave the NCAA, how to handle NIL, and how to begin paying players.
