Can someone explain how ACC reaching out to UT and OU is even an option?...

We have the albatross of the ESPN contract that lasts until 2036. Why would UT and OU come to ACC unless ESPN wants it and I don't think they do. Why would ESPN cross the SEC? What leverage do we have to make them want to do it. I just don't get the ACC reaching out to UT and OU reports. Exactly what would the ACC offer?
