The previous round of expansion was driven by cable households in a linear cable model. This one is being driven by streaming and eyeballs, and let's be honest, WVU has always had some interesting games.

I still don't think they come in absent a larger expansion, because if we're only expanding by one, it'll be ND. But they won't be a charity case.
