Not a great handle and hes above average for a 4 shooting, but hed be an at best average shooter as a 3. The bigger issue is what youd do at the other spots if you move him to the 3.

If Mutts is a 3, you cant have non-shooters at both the 4 and 5 spot, so that means you cant play N'Guessan and Ojiako together. Which means youre stressing Aluma to play more minutes at both spots. If you have Mutts as a 3, you cant play Bede in that lineup (if he comes back) because Aluma is the only proven shooter at the 4/5 and 3 average to below average shooters will make driving impossible. And Mutts is already an average to below average driver against wings.

Its a nice thought if Mutts had that ability, but if Mutts had that ability he likely wouldnt be at Virginia Tech.
