If she has already paid the taxes on the money that year...


...don't think the IRS is going to ask any questions if she gives them $15K checks every year. She could always say it was for services rendered.

Now if she's trying to send it directly from conventional IRAs or 401Ks, as long as she pays the taxes on that, she's OK. Believe it's taxed as ordinary income the year it's withdrawn.
