Her defense has really hurt her


Teams can hit her so they bunt, bunt, bunt and sometimes the defense lets her down.

For example, in the state playoff game that I saw her lose 1-0 t Amherst, she gave up a walk and then the third baseman threw the sac bunt into right field which allowed the runner to score from first. They lost an earlier game to Amherst in a similar fashion.

Really tough breaks.
