Had one that looked like #4, then had a larger "road bike" from...


...some department store.

The first "nice" bike I purchased was a Schwinn with 27" wheels. Bought it at a Schwinn shop in Roanoke. I rode that at VT for a couple years, then I took it when I joined the Navy. It rusted away in Key West, so I bought a Panasonic road bike in Jacksonville during my next tour. I continued to ride that until last year when I bought a Trek. I picked up a mountain bike when I was stationed in San Diego. Still ride that today...
