wow, that's a bunch of Hokies up there. Cape is the measuring rod for CPL

(Coastal Plain League) where i reside (Peninsula Pilots home is Hampton, Virginia) and serve on Peninsula War Memorial Stadium managing board.

the Cape is the gold standard of college-underclassmen's summer leagues east of the MississippiRiver per Pilot's management and coaches. they acknowledge some "northern league" (don't know the name) and the Valley league (Shenandoah) have quality level players and there-in are "some" quality organizations. they see CPL as next tier below Cape - side by side/on level of "northern" and Valley leagues.

do you have a tiered rating of the quality of said (and other) summer leagues?
