You Tube TV Question. (Long)

I've had YTTV for about 6 months. My broadband speed is 1000 MBPS, And I have 2 Samsung Smart TV's. One of the Samsungs is very close to the Router (within 5 feet) and there are zero problems with buffering. The other TV is about 25 feet of the router and it started having buffering issues almost right away. Called the provider and they came and installed an extender. Seemed the buffering stopped for a while but now its back. Getting a message from YTTV that tells me I need to connect to the internet. I use the back button and YTTV reconnects. Somtimes it stays on and sometimes I have to reconnect , turn the App off and on, unplug the router and restart. Other Apps like Netflix, HULU are fine. They never buffer. The extender is about 5 feet from the problem TV.

Anyone have a buffering problem with YTTV?
And are there USB extenders that I can plug directly into a port on the problem TV?
What else should I try?
