The fact that he's charged with 2nd degree murder would indicate


that at least the initial investigation revealed no premeditation. Again, like I said, it's WAY early and the facts must come to light. I think it's a big leap to state that he intentionally drove there with a plan to beat this guy to death. Maybe that'll eventually turn out to be the truth, but it's not what the charges against him currently indicate.
