We gather all the checks/money together and present it at one time to Coach D'Amour and Whitney Davis Showalter, the Director of Softball Ops.

She then hand carries it to the Hokie Club office and makes sure it is appropriately credited to the softball account. It's walking it through the system just to make sure it doesn't fall into the general fund.

Yes, I am paranoid. I admit it. I'm working really hard on this fundraising gig and I want to make sure it goes to softball.
