Guthridge made two Final Fours with Dean's guys. Yeah they missed with Doherty (and most thought that was a solid hire at the time) but nailed it with Roy. We'll see if it works again with Hubert but 2/3 so far seems like staying in the family works for them. Not shocking given the extent of the tree.
