That would be true if the entire pipeline was bone dry


And all the receiving tank farms were bone dry when they pulled the plug. The biggest logistic issue will be the tanker driver shortage but my guess is with the suspended rules and the incentives from tanker operators that it will mitigate the driver shortage issue
