The shortage this time is directly on the shoulders of people being stupid and panic buying. That wasn't the case with the Katrina shutdown, at least not to the level that it's been the last couple of days.

So long as people continue to be stupid, there will be abnormal pressure on the system. And yes, this guy is helping that along.
