Yep, 9/11 in Australia


Just finished a project in Brisbane, 14 hours ahead of east coast US time. Went to bed around 10pm on that Monday night and turned my phone off. Friends tried calling me with the 9/11 news but I missed it, until 9 hours later on that Tuesday morning AUS time. To this day, when I wake up I immediately check headlines just to see if anything huge happened overnight because of that.
