When TSO's BIL and sister visited us a couple of years ago


he told me he was having issues with his iPhone (older model). He had hundreds of undeleted text messages, email and voicemails. Had no idea you should clean those out or file them. When we visited their home in FL he had dozens of open windows on his PC.

They're very much the same age as we are and both were life-long medical professionals (she critical care nurse and he PA) and they had no idea how to use a PC or their cell phones. Got most of their help, apparently, from AARP.
