Leicester City would be the exception...


They don't spend anywhere near the big clubs and yet the won the league in 2016 and are now becoming regulars in the top 4-6. They have done it through an excellent youth system along with great recruiting and talent development.

I think if FFP was actually enforced, transfer spending caps would not be required. However, Man City not even getting a slap on the wrist when they've spend billions is just silly.
