the games, i.e. having the whole tournament in Indianapolis this year. Instead of having the regional finals in a different location than the first weekend and a different one in the Final Four. Like next year, they could have them in Atlanta, where they have the Final Four in the Benz dome, but have games split between that and the Hawks arena (and possibly GTs place if they needed a third arena).

I think what they are probably setting up, is to have teams come to a single location for the Sweet Sixteen, and then just stay for the week and do fun things, have a media day, go out on the town avoid having to travel all week. Helps all the media folks involved not having to go back and forth, transfer sets and all that jazz.
