Yeah that's a problem...


My older cousin lives in Florida is 72 and has some health problems. She is a sweet lady, and is broken up badly over my uncle. I don't think she has the will to battle this out. My own sister is an idiot, and my other cousins are upset about it but gathering a feeling they aren't willing to put money to fight. I would love to fight this, but I can't do it on my own. Also not sure if I have any standing under NC law because I may not be mentioned in the original will.
